Transformative healing can take place through journaling when emotions and thoughts are explored together. We use colour and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques to process through difficult times so we can flourish and tap into our natural resiliency. Join JakeJoy as she takes you through a journalling process that has helped her find peace and movement through personal difficulties and challenges faced over the last couple of years. JakeJoy is a professional artist and teacher and now a counselling therapist in training. She has combined her experiences and skills in order to develop a new journalling approach. "I can say this method has brought the value of journalling back into my life. I used to dread journalling, now I love it!" She wants to share her breakthrough method with you.
